『Holding Out for a Hero』（ホールディング・アウト・フォー・ア・ヒーロー）は、 1984年の映画「フットルース（Footloose）」挿入歌。ウェールズの女性歌手ボニー・タイラー（Bonnie Tyler）が歌った。

日本では、1984年の大映ドラマ「スクール・ウォーズ」主題歌『ヒーロー』として日本語カバーされた。歌は麻倉未稀。葛城ユキも同年にカバーしている。正式な曲名は『ヒーロー HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO』。
