『Whatever』（ホワットエヴァー）は、イギリスのロックバンド、オアシス（Oasis）が1994年12月18日にリリースしたシングル。

2010年に発売されたベストアルバム「タイム・フライズ…1994-2009」（下ジャケット写真）でアルバム初収録された。

冒頭のメロディについては、盗作・パクリ疑惑で訴訟を起こされ、後に和解している（詳細は後述する）。

盗作・パクリ疑惑の訴訟

『Whatever』冒頭のメロディについては、1973年にニール・イネスが作曲した『How Sweet To Be An Idiot』のそれと類似していたため、盗作・パクリ疑惑でレコード会社がオアシスに対して訴訟を提起した。

訴訟の結果、オアシスはイネス側と和解し、『Whatever』共同作曲者としてニール・イネスの名がクレジット（著作権者表示）されることとなった。
