『The Loco-Motion』（ロコ・モーション）は、アメリカの女性歌手リトル・エヴァ（Little Eva/1943-2003）が1962年にリリースしたシングル。

「ロコ・モーション」の「ロコ（Loco）」は、機関車を意味する「ロコモーティヴ（locomotive）」に由来し、「モーション（Motion）」は「動き、動作、身振り」などを意味する。

歌詞では、「ロコ・モーション」は当時の新しいダンスの名前として使われており、蒸気機関車の車軸（主連棒）の動きをまねた電車ごっこのような振り付けとなっている。

ちなみに、同じようにダンス名がタイトルになった楽曲としては、ヴァン・マッコイの大ヒット曲『ハッスル（Hustle）』が有名。
