『If You Don't Know Me by Now』（イフ・ユー・ドント・ノウ・ミー・バイ・ナウ）は、ハロルド・メルヴィン&ザ・ブルー・ノーツ（Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes）が1972年にリリースしたヒット曲。邦題は『二人の絆』。

1970年代前半に一世を風靡したフィラデルフィア発のソウルミュージック、フィラデルフィア（フィリー）・ソウルの代表曲として知られる。

フィリー・ソウルは、ストリングスを擁した華麗で柔らかく甘めのサウンドが特徴で、ザ・スタイリスティックスのヒット曲『Can't Give You Anything (But My Love)』などもその流れを汲んでいる。

様々なアーティストが『If You Don't Know Me by Now』をカバーしているが、イギリス・マンチェスター出身のバンド、シンプリー・レッド（Simply Red）による1989年のカバーが特に有名。
