『Born in the U.S.A.』（ボーン・イン・ザ・ユーエスエー）は、ブルース・スプリングスティーン（Bruce Springsteen）が1984年に発表した楽曲。

歌詞では、ベトナム戦争に従軍後帰国した退役軍人を苦しめたアメリカ社会の冷たく厳しい現実が描写されている。

シルヴェスター・スタローン主演の映画「ランボー」では、ベトナム戦争から帰還した主人公が追い詰められ、「100万ドルの兵器を使いこなした歴戦の勇士でも、祖国アメリカでは駐車場の警備員の仕事にすら就けない」と苦しみを吐露していた印象的なシーンがあったが、『Born in the U.S.A.』の歌詞で描かれる主人公の境遇も、このランボーの主人公と重なる部分がある。これは決して愛国歌ではない。
